This hub brings together the resources, training links and blank forms for your placement. Use the pages in this website to prepare your onboarding documents.
Read the student handbook, updated welcome package and policies. Complete Workplace Health and Safety and AODA training, and view the assigned race-based data collection and Project Rosemary resources. Keep your training evidence.
The Resources and training page also lists the placement questionnaires. Complete the questionnaire for your placement, then confirm its submission date in the onboarding form.
Complete the Student / Volunteer Information Form and signed Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Agreement. The Remote Work Policy applies to students in the same way as staff. Before remote work, complete and sign the assessment, send it to your supervisor for approval and signature, and submit the approved copy.

Register on your first visit. You can upload completed forms and training evidence at the same time, or return later for any remaining items. Use the same Google account each time and provide your personal or school email for reminders.
Draft: the form is closed while setup and testing are completed. Keep clear copies of your signed forms and training evidence. For anything needed now, follow your supervisor's private submission instructions.
Your supervisor and the admin team will arrange equipment, system access and workplace orientation.
Contact Tristan Yeom first. If unavailable, contact Jennie Stone, then Kevin Laforest. Ask your supervisor about placement requirements or an alternative way to complete a task.
